Starlit Picnic

This beginner-friendly pattern features floating stars with stitch-and-flip construction. Proportions are designed to avoid cut-off points for perfect stars every time.

This generous throw quilt (61.5in. x 78.5 in.) is assembled in large blocks to minimize the use of long sashing strips.

Pattern includes guidance for using yardage or scraps for the squares. Precuts (144 5-inch charm squares or 36 10-inch squares) would also be suitable to help achieve variety but will need to be cut down to size.
